Good place with a lot of potential Positive: Many rooms, enough space for everyone. Large and very well equipped kitchen, large fridge. Very quite area, just 2 minutes away from Walmart and close to attractions (Kissimmee). Negative: Unfortunately pretty dirty when we arrived, former guest's trash, hair, nails and so on still on the floor and old pieces of pet treats in the closet. We messaged the owner with pictures, cleaning staff was sent to the property but only the things from the pictures were cleaned up, other stuff remained dirty so we ended up cleaning former guest's dirt ourselves. While it is mentioned in the description that there are outdoor cameras, we saw a camera pointed right at the pool area, which made us feel uncomfortable. Especially nowadays, we don't feel like having someone film us relaxing, wearing only a bikini. Outside area is fine, but is videotaping the pool area really necessary? Backyard could be in better shape, so much space but I guess maintaining it would be too much effort and costs. Understandable, but still something we noticed. Shower took an eternity to get hot, so we basically turned on the water and went back outside doing something else before going back, I would say it took 4-5 minutes, which doesn't sound a lot until you're in the shower, waiting for the water to warm up. Asked for late check out, which was not possible. We would have expected something little in return for how dirty the place was when we arrived, but we weren't offered anything (even though we wouldn't have used it bc of the cameras, but some gesture like offering to heat up the jacuzzi for free for the last 2-3 days would have made us feel more appreciated).

Positive: Świetne miejsce jeśli chcesz przyjechać na kilka dni na Florydę. Duży , czysty , bardzo przestronny dom w którym pomieścić może się wiele osób. Szybki, łatwy i doskonały kontakt z właścicielem. Zdecydowanie polecam.
